Important Information

Under the Egyptian Labor Law No. 14 of 2025, employees are generally entitled to 15 days of annual leave during the first year of service, 21 days from the second year, and 30 days after completing 10 years of service with one or more employers or upon reaching the age of 50. Employees with less than one year of service may be entitled to leave on a proportional basis after completing at least six months of service. Additional leave may apply to certain categories of employees and specific working conditions.
