Important Information

This calculator provides an estimated end-of-service reward based on the Saudi Labor Law provisions implemented in SQAI. The calculation may vary depending on the employee's circumstances, contract type, reason for termination, and applicable regulations. Under Article 84, the reward is generally calculated at half a month's wage for each of the first five years of service and one month's wage for each following year, based on the last wage received. Special rules apply in cases of resignation and certain exceptional circumstances.
