Important Information

Under Saudi Labor Law, an employee is entitled to annual leave of at least 21 days for each year of service. This entitlement increases to at least 30 days after completing five consecutive years of service with the same employer. Employees are also entitled to payment for accrued unused leave when their employment ends, including leave accrued for part of a year on a proportional basis.
